Delivery Information
General
All our products include free next working day delivery to one UK address.
Certain locations may take an extra working day to deliver, these include:
- Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
- Scottish Highlands (AB, IV, KW, HS, PH postcodes)
- Mid Scotland (PH and PA postcodes)
- Isle of Man (IM postcodes)
- Scilly Isles (TR postcodes)
Delivery Partners
The vast majority of our orders are delivered by DPD. They provide an accurate window of delivery so you know when you can expect your order to be delivered.
We do work with other delivery partners for certain products:
- For very small consignments we may use Royal Mail First Class delivery
- Large format banners may be sent with Tuffnells/APC
- Flags may be delivered by TNT/APC
- Promotional materials may be delivered by Evri/UPS
Packaging
All our products are wrapped in unbranded packaging, this means you can ask us to deliver straight to a client or partner if you prefer. No paperwork will be included with your order so the process is completely confidential.
Delivery Tracking
When we have despatched your order we will send you an email with tracking information, you can also log in to your account and view this information through the website.
