Refund and Returns Policy

As our products are manufactured directly to order and bespoke, returns can only be accepted for defective or damaged deliveries.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your consignment has been damaged in transit, firstly we are truly sorry. We select our courier partners carefully for the quality and service they provide to our clients, however occasionally a consignment may suffer damage before you receive it. Please take photographs of the damage and send them to hello@puuq.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery along with your order number. In the case of damage caused during transit we will arrange an immediate reprint.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you believe that a product is defective, please take photographs of the problem and send them to hello@puuq.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery along with your order number. We may request that you return the product for our examination. In the case of defective goods we will arrange an immediate reprint.
